    Hastings Ethnic Minority Advice Service (HEMAS) the advice service for all ethnic minorities in Hastings, St Leonard's and districts. This is a community service with a view to providing a service to the community, by the community. So if you need assistance, advice and support then call into Chapel Park Community Centre every Thursday from 2.00-4.00pm. Help is offered for the following:

    • Worker's Registration Scheme certificate
    • How to get a UK driving licence, TV licence etc.
    • Letter writing
    • Form filling
    • Jobsearch
    • Debt problems - advice and support
    • Resolve problems with your gas, water, electricity bills etc
    • Racial incidents and discrimination - advice and support
    • General advice on housing issues, education, training,
      employment, business and much, much more.

    If you have a problem and it’s not listed here then let us know - we are here to help and welcome your participation and comments.
